Delete your Kukumuma account

In the app: open Settings → Your data → Delete my account, confirm it's you by signing in again, and tap delete. It takes effect immediately.

What is erased: your account, and everything saved with it: entries, baby profile, medications, doctors, appointments, insurance and emergency details. If you are the only member of your family space, the family's records are erased too. If you share it with others, make one of them the owner first.

What remains: backups are overwritten within 14 days. A security log with no health data can remain for up to 180 days.

Can't open the app? Email [email protected] from the address on your account and we will delete it within 30 days.
